What Apex Cognition is
Apex Cognition formulates and ships its own supplements, organised as four state-specific formulations — Core, Focus, Push and Wind-Down — available individually or together as The Kit on a monthly membership. On VIP, quarterly lab testing and a one-time genetic analysis are included to confirm which of those formulations suit your biology.
Products containing nicotine
Focus Gum · N contains nicotine and is not a dietary supplement. It is sold only to adults 21 or older, is never included in The Kit or any subscription, and is not covered by the dietary supplement statements elsewhere on this site. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Do not use it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a heart condition.
Caffeine
Focus, Push, Focus Gum and Focus Toothpicks all contain caffeine. It is your responsibility to track your total daily intake across our products and any other source. Do not exceed 400mg per day.
What Apex Cognition is not
We are not a medical practice, and nothing we provide is a diagnosis, a treatment, or a prescription. The written summary of lab results included with VIP is reviewed by a physician and is informational and educational only. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not replace your relationship with your own physician. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement program, particularly if you have existing conditions or take prescription medication.
Membership and billing
- Memberships bill monthly at the rate shown when you join. There is no lock-in.
- You can pause or cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Standard and VIP are capacity-limited. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a spot or guarantee one will become available, and does not fix a price in advance — standard pricing applies whenever a spot opens.
Testing
Genetic testing and quarterly bloodwork are performed via in-person blood draw at Quest Diagnostics patient service centers. Scheduling your draw is your responsibility; we cannot produce a lab-based review until results are returned. Testing informs which of the four formulations we recommend for you — it does not produce a bespoke, individually compounded formulation.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and resident in the United States to become a member.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app or attempt to access other members' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your membership we will tell you before it takes effect.
